The Facility Services mission is to provide customers and employees with an honest, courteous and responsive level of service where every Facilities team member is dedicated to servicing the City's public facilities and parks with exceptional workmanship, integrity and a conscientious effort to maximize the City's financial resources.
The Facilities Services Division consist of one crew leader and four maintenance workers and two custodians. This Division is responsible for all of the city owned buildings/over 199,512 square feet. The Facility Service Division's purpose is to plan, direct, coordinate and manage an effective maintenance program for the City's public buildings and park facilities. They oversee more than 35 structures including all city park structures and golf course.
